A Portland, Ore., pimp serving a 100-year sentence for stomping a man’s face has filed a $100 million lawsuit against the shoe manufacturer for not providing a label warning that his Air Jordans could be a dangerous weapon.
Sirgiorgiro Clardy, 26, had decided to settle a dispute with a customer over compensation by beating the john’s face to a pulp with his Nikes, according to The Oregonian.
The jury found Clardy guilty of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon — his shoes.

This subhuman freak of nature is so violent, he had to be strapped into a restraint chair during his trial and his defense attorney had to sit at least ten feet away from him for his own safety.
Now, like many criminals with too much time on their hands he decides to represent himself in a lawsuit against whomever he blames for his predicament.
He isn’t contending that the shoes were inherently dangerous or defective, but rather that Nike should have placed a label in the shoe warning wearers that if they stomp or kick a person while wearing them, the police could tack on additional charges of using a deadly weapon.
In his mind, he might have skated through the justice system with a simple charge of felony assault if not for those darn shoes upping the ante.
Needless to say, like most of these jailhouse lawsuits, his won’t be going anywhere.
But when you stop to think of it, his lawsuit is somewhat plausible by the standards set by the Democrat Left. Ever wonder why ladders are festooned with warning labels? Health warnings on cigarette packs? Why guns have to be defaced with a reminder to ‘read the manual’ stamped into the metal? Or for that matter why guns are blamed every time a person picks one up, loads it, cocks it, points it at the victim and then pulls the trigger?
The answer is Democrats. Democrats who promote the idea that humans can’t be held responsible for their actions. That some inanimate object must be to blame. Everybody is a victim, even the perpetrator.
How many times have we read this headline: SUV jumps curb, SUV plows into pedestrians, SUV causes ten car pile up? You’d never know that there was a human behind the wheel in every case.
Of course, in the eyes of the Left there is one inanimate object that is blameless for human behavior: Pop culture, the entertainment industry. Violent video games, movies and music couldn’t possibly be responsible for desensitizing their audience or encouraging violent behavior.
I guess it comes down to this: Ladders, chainsaws, guns, tobacco and SUVs don’t serve the Left’s agenda.
