President Obama recently told the New Republic magazine, ”Up at Camp David, we do skeet shooting all the time.” Today, after some suggested the president’s claim might not be true, the New Republic tweeted a picture supposedly proving that Obama has gone skeet shooting:

Just one problem…the pic is totally fake. See for yourself:

The magazine quickly deleted the tweet and apologized for the error.

For the record, I do believe that if Obama ever did try to fire a shotgun (even a .410) the recoil would spin that scrawny girlie man around like a top and leave him looking staggered.

Oh, and if the President is reading this: You don’t “do skeet shooting”…you shoot skeet. Any skeet shooter who regularly shot skeet, would know that.
