Previously unreleased internal Obama administration emails show that a coordinated effort was made in the days following the Benghazi terror attacks to portray the incident as “rooted in [an] Internet video, and not [in] a broader failure or policy.”
Emails sent by senior White House adviser Ben Rhodes to other top administration officials reveal an effort to insulate President Barack Obama from the attacks that killed four Americans.
Rhodes sent this email to top White House officials such as David Plouffe and Jay Carney just a day before National Security Adviser Susan Rice made her infamous Sunday news show appearances to discuss the attack.
Fake scandal indeed. Makes you wonder about all those other “fake” scandals like the IRS targeting Conservative groups.
Yesterday Politico posted an article by Chris Lehane, a spokesman for the Clintons who took credit for writing the “Vast Rightwing Conspiracy” memo outlining the danger that the internet presented to Leftwing politics.
He said as bad as it was during the Clinton regime, it’s even worse now:
Take, for example, Fox News’s non-stop coverage of the supposed cover-up surrounding the attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi, which at times has veered into self-parody—segments hyping shoddy reports produced by the very same people who believe Obama was born in Kenya. Or its coverage of IRS-gate, Solyndra or any other number of fever-swamp-driven pseudo-scandals that mainstream outlets have looked into and found rather less scandalous.
“Supposed cover up” and “pseudo-scandals”…
These people absolutely hate the fact that ordinary people like you and me can now access news and information unfiltered by a mainstream media that’s in the tank for the Democrat Party. These people despise the unvarnished truth along with anyone who disseminates it or reads it.
How can you not see such people as the very enemy of free thought and humanity in general? It’s bad enough when they seek to deprive you of your physical rights, but they’d even rob you of the right to think what you please.
