Chris Brown Arrested For Violating Court Order

Chris Brown wistfulBeating the rap not as easy as beating Rihanna…

Chris Brown will probably spend the next month behind bars, and possibly a lot longer.

TMZ broke the story … Chris was arrested and jailed Friday after getting thrown out of the Malibu rehab facility where he’s been living for nearly 4 months, per judge’s order.  The judge in the Rihanna case ordered Chris to stay at the rehab joint until April 28, when his D.C. assault case goes to trial.  But Chris broke the rules, was booted, and Sheriff’s deputies hauled him to jail.

Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, will appear in court Monday, trying to convince the judge to cut Brown a break and let him either go to another rehab facility or go on house arrest pending the D.C. trial.  That will be an uphill battle, given that this is the second rehab facility that booted Brown.

Chris is still on probation from his conviction for beating Rihanna to a bloody pulp in 2009.

Aside from a scuffle with some clown named Drake outside a NYC club  and a fight with some douche named Frank Ocean over a parking space in which Ocean claims Brown punched him and threatened to shoot him Brown was arrested for felony assault in DC in Oct. 2013 when two women wanted to take a pic with him and two male by-standers tried to photobomb the picture.

Chris declared “I’m not into this gay $hit, I’m into boxing” and started to throw punches. One of the men claimed that he suffered a broken nose.

Brown could have been sent to prison for violating his probation but the judge gave him the option of spending 60 days in rehab instead while awaiting trial for the felony assault in DC. Apparently he’s unable to behave himself for that length of time.
